Financial Policy:

Thank you for choosing us to provide for your dental health. We are committed to your treatment being successful. Please understand that payment of your bill is considered a part of your treatment. You are ultimately responsible for understanding your insurance coverage limitations. Work already completed at another dental office can significantly affect your insurance coverage so it is very important for you to update us on any recent dental treatment. We will do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information and pre-treatment estimate, but we cannot assume responsibility for your actual coverage. The following is a statement of our Financial Policy which we will require you read and sign prior to any treatment.

Payment is Due At Time of Service

We Accept Cash, Checks, Visa, and MasterCard

Care Credit (Credit you can apply for over the phone or online)

We offer a 5% discount on all services for our cash paying patients with cash or check. And payment plans may be an option for you.

Missed Appointments:

Unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance, our policy is to charge for missed appointments a minimum of $50.00. Please help us serve you better by keeping scheduled appointments.

Our practice offers your child a very high standard of care in a comfortable environment, and we look forward to working with you to achieve your child’s excellent oral health!
